I do not draw: NSFW, ponies /any ungulates in feral form/, excessive fetishes, blood; characters that do not belong to the customer. I may also decline a commission request if it's something I deem to be outside of my skillset, or if I am for whatever reason uncomfortable with it. Feel free to inquire about specifics before hand.

I need any description for the commission. It doesn't have to be detailed or include references, however, the less information the client provides, the more I will rely on my imagination and experience.

Commissions are created for personal purposes. For commercial purposes price is negotiated separately.

Payment via Hipolink and Boosty. Boosty accepts cards. Hipolink accepts PayPal* and cards. *Due to technical problems, from September 19, 2024, it is temporarily no longer possible to pay via PayPal!

Payment takes place after we have discussed the character, the idea, estimated delivery time, and have come to an agreement.

I do not make refunds, before ordering, be sure that you can and want to do it. *Due to the situation in my country and a possibility of being left with no ways to get paid at any time I can't afford allowing refunds now, please keep it in mind.

There is no determined deadline, unless you ask to set one and we come to an agreement. It usually takes me a minimum of two weeks (and up to a 5 month), and deadline smaller than this would require additional pricing. By default, I always show the conceptual sketch(s) to my client before I start detailing the work. I can also send color layouts before I continue to render the work to the final.

Changes on the sketch stage are free.

In case I've made any mistakes, you may request changes to the commission for free. If these mistakes are caused by the information you forgot to tell me, I will charge a fee, depending on how long the change will take.

Upon completion of the commission, the client will receive PNG file(s) in original resolution.

You are allowed to post your commissioned art to any of your online galleries/social media/any platforms as long as you link it to one of my social media profiles.

You are allowed to use your commission piece for any purpose of personal usage.

You are not allowed to sell digital files of your commission and/or rights to the finished artwork, mint NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), or any blockchain/cryptocurrency-related technology. In particular, my works cannot be used in the process of teaching or creating works with AI (Artificial Intelligence).

I reserve the right to own the copyright to the artwork I created, which means you are not allowed to use it for commercial purposes unless previously discussed and agreed upon / permission is given.

I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my social media, and to use commissioned art in my portfolio or demo reel.
